Apartments
Our apartments were created by a sensitive reconstruction of a baroque house located right under the dam of old Olsina pond. This house had many different owners in the past and also a number of uses, for example at the beginning of the last century it was a tavern. Nowadays the house has three tastefully and comfortably furnished apartments, each unique and each offering comfort and inspiration to its guests. Apartments are suitable for all types of guests, especially families with children.
There are three spacious apartments available, each with a private bathroom and a toilet. Each apartment has its own separate entrance and access to a large garden. The apartments can be combined in any way. Each of them is equipped to suit families with children.
Apartment 1
This original part of the house is made up of a hall, bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, living room with a sofa (extra bed), table, chairs and stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen units, large oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The back door leads to the garden. 1 bedroom with a double bed, table and a wardrobe. Intended for a maximum of 3 people.
Apartment 2
This duplex apartment includes a hall, bathroom with a shower and toilet, a living room with fitted kitchen (fully equipped kitchen and dining area), a sofa set. The upper floor has two separate bedrooms with a double bed, table, wardrobe, and a toilet. A porch with seating and access to the garden. Designed for up to 4 people. Protected against children's fall down the stairs.
Apartment 3 (maisonette)
This duplex apartment includes a hall, a bathroom with shower, 2 toilets (on each floor), a living room with fitted kitchen (fully equipped kitchen and dining area), a sofa set. The bottom floor has a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there is an exclusive studio bedroom with a fireplace and a view of the pond. A porch with seating and access to the garden. Designed for up to 4 people. Protected against children's fall down the stairs.
