PRICE LIST
One week stay
For each apartment according to the number of persons:
(from Saturday to Saturday)
| 2 persons: 800 CZK/ one person per night |
| 3 persons: 600 CZK/ one person per night |
| 4 persons: 550 CZK/ one person per night |
| 5 persons: 500 CZK/ one person per night |
Stays of lower number of days
For each apartment according to the number of persons:
| 2 persons: 900 CZK/ one person per night |
| 3 persons: 700 CZK/ one person per night |
| 4 persons: 650 CZK/ one person per night |
| 5 persons: 600 CZK/ one person per night |
Children aged up to 3 years free of charge. Children aged from 3 to 12 years 20% discount.
(Can be applied to max. 2 children)
July, August - only one-week stays are possible (from Saturday to Saturday)
Price includes VAT and the city tax.
We require 50% payment in advance to guarantee the reservation.
Upon arrival, we require a refundable security deposit of 3.000 CZK.
Cancellation terms:
More than 60 days before the check-in date
- 10% of the total amount for the stay.
Less than 60 days before the check-in date
- 50% of the total amount for the stay.
Price also includes:
+ bed linen
+ towels
+ parking
+ water and electricity
+ final cleaning
No pets allowed.
Check in is possible from 2 pm, check out by 10 am.
